SHIPPING WITHIN URUGUAY
Free shipping on orders over USD 150; standard shipping cost: USD 6.
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 5 business days of being received. Once your purchase is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Carrier: DAC.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship all GIA products worldwide from Uruguay via DHL Express.
Free shipping on all orders over USD 500. For orders below that amount, we apply 4 flat rates:
- USD 50 — South and Central America
- USD 55 — North America
- USD 60 — Europe
- USD 70 — Rest of the world
Timing: orders are prepared within 5 business days (made-to-order pieces may require the knitting time indicated on each product). Once dispatched, DHL Express transit time is generally 2 to 7 business days depending on destination. You will receive your tracking number by email at dispatch.
Customs and duties: GIA is not responsible for legal regulations, customs fees or import duties of each country; these costs and any resulting delays are the customer's responsibility. Customs policies vary from country to country — if in doubt, please contact your local customs office.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS (URUGUAY AND INTERNATIONAL)
We accept exchanges and returns within 15 days of receiving your order, both in Uruguay and abroad. The garment must be in its original condition, with its box and packaging, and show no signs of use.
Our pieces are exclusive and produced in small quantities, so we cannot guarantee availability of the same garment for an exchange. In that case, you may choose any other GIA product of equal value or receive a store credit with no expiration date.
Once we receive your package, we process the exchange within 3 to 7 business days. Shipping costs for exchanges (both ways) are the customer's responsibility.
